Patient: Female, 29 years old Diagnosis: Previous crown, root canal therapy and composite resin restorations have failed. Hence the need to replace the restorations and redo the root canal therapy from a functional and aesthetic point of view. Techniques Used: This case
took eight months to complete as root canal therapy was required for the
upper right central incisor and the lateral incisors. The upper left central
incisor was then removed and a temporary bridge was place for three months.
After that, all the permanent crown and bridge was inserted to complete the
